Hi. A while back we disabled the ability to empty your Trash folder from in-world. Because of OSGrid’s openness, allowing anyone who wants to connect a sim to the grid, we face a different set of security considerations than entirely closed grids. To help keep your stuff safe, we’ve limited the ability to empty your av’s Trash folder to the website.
If you log into http://osgrid.org using your av’s name and password, you’ll now see an “Empty Trash” option in the “Grid” section of the menu. Click that link, then follow the instructions to have your Trash folder cleared out. It’s easy.
